Terms of Service (ToS)

1. General Scope 1.1 These Terms of Service govern the legal relationship between Pulse and the customer regarding the purchase and use of the software "Pulse" ("Software"). 1.2 By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Description & Service 2.1 The Software is provided as a digital download. It is designed to automate input actions in specific third-party applications. 2.2 The Provider does not guarantee that the Software will be undetectable by third-party anti-cheat systems. The use of the Software is at the Customer's own risk. The Provider is not liable for bans, account suspensions, or other penalties imposed by third parties (e.g., game developers).

3. License & Usage 3.1 Upon purchase, the Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited right to use the Software for private purposes. 3.2 Re-selling, sharing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or cracking the Software is strictly prohibited. 3.3 The license key is tied to the Customer's hardware.

4. Revocation Right (Widerrufsrecht) 4.1 As the Software is a digital product enabling immediate use, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) upon execution of the contract, in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code). 4.2 By purchasing, you confirm: "I expressly agree that the execution of the contract shall begin before the expiration of the revocation period. I am aware that I lose my right of revocation with the beginning of the execution."

5. Refund Policy 5.1 Due to the nature of digital goods (Software keys), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the Software is fundamentally non-functional due to Provider error, which could not be fixed within a reasonable time. 5.2 Downtimes caused by updates of the target game or detection issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 The Provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. 6.2 The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Software in violation of third-party terms of service.

7. Applicable Law 7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
