Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (Software keys), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the Software is fundamentally non-functional due to Provider error, which could not be fixed within a reasonable time. 5.2 Downtimes caused by updates of the target game or detection issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
