2. Data Collection and Processing When you use our Software ("Pulse"), we collect and process the following data based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract):

• IP Address: To verify your location and prevent fraud.
• Hardware ID (HWID): A unique identifier of your computer components (e.g., CPU, HDD serials) to lock your license key to your device.
• Discord ID / Username: To manage your access rights on our support server.
• Usage Logs & Timestamps: We log when you start the software ("Session Validation") and technical application events to prevent account sharing and for debugging.

3. Purpose of Processing The data is processed solely for: a) Delivering the software service (License verification). b) Preventing piracy and unauthorized account sharing. c) Technical support and debugging.

4. Data Retention We store your data as long as you have an active license or account with us. Inactive accounts and associated data may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity, unless tax retention periods require longer storage (e.g., invoices for 10 years).

5. Third-Party Services We use the following third-party service for authentication:

• KeyAuth: Your license key, HWID, and IP are transmitted to KeyAuth (KeyAuth.com) for validation purposes. KeyAuth acts as a data processor. Please refer to KeyAuth's privacy policy for more details.

6. Your Rights You have the right to request information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), and restriction of processing (Art. 18). Please contact us via email at
